Guided rigging / Entry price
Alu+
Double Cleat.
Aluminium construction with two guided cleats. A practical choice for riders who use a compatible downhaul winch.
Advantages
- The lowest purchase price in this three-model range.
- Guided cleats keep the rope directed into the locking point from either rigging side.
- Our recommended layout for a compatible downhaul winch. It also works by hand.
Trade-offs
- For frequent downhauling by hand, the XXL Pulley system offers a freer pull.
- Check that your particular winch fits the extension.

Pro.
For riders who prioritise a lighter rig. Carbon tubing, oversized rollers and an open cleat in one premium extension.
Advantages
- Carbon construction for riders focused on reducing rig weight.
- Oversized rollers and an open cleat provide a direct rope path.

Get the fit right
Three checks.
One correct setup.
The right construction is only part of the choice. Match the extension to the equipment you actually sail.
Match your mast.
Choose RDM for an RDM mast and SDM for an SDM mast. These are separate diameter options. Check your mast’s specification before selecting a variant.
Check the setting.
Use your sail’s recommended mast and extension setting. The required setting must sit within the extension’s marked range. Keep the required insertion inside the mast.
Match your method.
Double Cleat suits a compatible winch. XXL Pulley prioritises manual downhaul. Choose Carbon Pro when reducing weight matters, and check the connection to your mast base.
