14 Italian Championships, 3 World Titles, top 10 PWA and Defi Wind Winner; Andrea is the ‘boss-man’ at Point-7 directing all processes surrounding our products and overseeing the companies direction. As chief sail tester for all sail lines and with a key role behind the scenes in Point-7’s marketing and branding, Andrea is our sail designer and follows the product manufacturers to assure the best quality products are brought to the market under the Point-7 name.

Taking methodical care of the accounting and suppliers during the day, Francesco is off every lunch break to the closeby waters of Lake Garda, to build up his speed which has taken him to third at the Italian National Slalom Championships this year. Clarke Kent behind the computer by morning, and Superman by the beach by afternoon, Francesco is our diehard chief at the Point-7 headquarters.

From a very young age, Suranga has been working in the production sail factory under a great teacher like Raj Wickramasekara. Starting from the basics of sail assembly, over the years Suranga went through all the steps to become one of the mast talented in his duty. He just needs to have sail rigged next to him, cross eyes with Andrea, and he knows already the next step that Andrea will want.

Knowing Point-7 sails in and out through his repair service he takes care of clients damages from accidents to refurnish their sails. He also does all stitching under the sawing machines that Andrea prepares for him ont he prototypes.
