There are plenty of freeride sails out there—but we build one freeslalom concept, and we pour all our love into it. Its mission is simple: make you smile. This isn’t just about planning. This is about the magic ingredients only Point-7 can put in a sail. The RUSH-1 explodes with performance when the wind turns on. It takes your breath away.

Built light, yet strong, with premium materials to last for years, the RUSH-1 is a luxury sail. 100% Anti-UV monofilm from the US, tubular battens displaced like a slalom sail—it’s the perfect fusion of wave sail comfort and slalom sail performance.

One secret weapon: the slightly longer boom. It gives more push than expected, even on larger volume boards. 5 sizes cover everything from freewave to freeride, freerace, and even slalom boards. The 6-batten layout, cross batten, full slalom outline, and cut-out clew create a fast S-shape release as the wind builds—more speed with less effort. The cut-out also comfortably welcomes the back end of the boom.

Compare a 7.5 RUSH-1 to a 7.7 AC-0 no cam race sail. The RUSH-1 is your cross-ride sail, designed for fun and ease, while the AC-0 is pure race-oriented, no-cam domination. One is for light-wind enjoyment, the other for raw acceleration.

We didn’t complicate things with multiple eyelet positions. One perfect spot. Always. Across the whole slalom range.

The profile is flat at rest, with a strong front section below the boom for early drive and acceleration in light winds. Free battens, no rotation around the mast. Deep front profile gives stability in strong wind for comfort and control. Flat top profile keeps the hands and board feeling light.
