Windsurfing is a true sport that can be practiced at any age. Ranging from the age of four years old still finding a lot of enthusiastic over the age of eighty. It builds a true passion, happiness, and lifestyle that few sports can offer. You go windsurfing and you will need nothing else to have had a good day.

It’s a sport done on open waters and sometimes in conditions that people would be scared to even get close to the beach . A good fitness and being healthy is important for our sport performance and safety, but we should not only look into being healthy for sports, but  also for every day. To feel better, to have more energy and have the chance to be more focused will improve the quality of life and windsurfing skills.

Therefore, we have decided to call this project the POINT-7 LIFE LAB PROJECT
