Direct orders with Point-7 are available in most countries through our online shop, orders can be paid by Credit card or Paypal. If you wish to have the payment with your credit card directly with one of our operators, please contact us through the mail of [email protected] and we will get in touch with you.
Bank transfers are also possible, and please send us a mail at [email protected] for more information.

Payments are done via PayPal, which also allows for payment with credit cards issued by the most common world wide providers.


Goods are shipped using TNT to international customers and Bartolini to Italian customers.

Damaged products

If you receive a product in a damaged state, please get in touch with us at [email protected] and we will get back to you. Make sure that your sign the courier document with ‘RESERVE’ in case you see that the package has been damaged. This will help getting insurance on the product and shipment.


If you would like to change or return any goods, you can do this within 7 days of receipt of your purchased item. The item should have not been not used nor rigged. All goods are returned to our central Italian warehouse at the following address with the original packaging. Once the product has been inspected, it will be reimbursed:

In case of returns, freight costs are covered by the client.


Point-7 will decide if the product can be repaired or replaced. Our warranty service is handled by professional windsurfers who are on the water with our products on daily basis, have developed the product you have been using and they will be happy to advice and find solutions to your problems.

For retail customer Limited Warranty claims, proof of purchase from an authorized Point-7 dealer is required and registration of the product online.

If it has been purchased on the official Point-7 on-line store it will be in our system to check.

Second-hand material is not covered by warranty.

Any repair or replacement of any product under this Limited Warranty, is not offered for ordinary wear and tear, including scratches or paint chipping, or for any damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification or repairs, accident, heat, excessive exposure to sunlight, improper handling, storage, maintenance, or care; incorrect setup; rental, racing landing in shorebreakes,  on rocks, reefs; or any other irresponsible use.

Please note that legal guarantees do also not apply to repairs for damage caused by external origin for example, accidents by the user’s faulty usage of the product or whilst using the product with incorrect accessories including masts, or sails used with non-Point-7 masts.

All of the products we sell benefit from:

12 months. To benefit for this,  your purchase needed to be register on our support page within 14 days from purchase, as stated on the product coupon, attached to the new Point-7 products.

The manufacturer’s guarantee for a period defined by the product purchased. Shipping fees of the products are the customer’s responsibility.


As some windsurfers are experienced, a new product might need different guidance, and we are happy to explain how to use it to have the max performance and utility from it.

The better you will treat your gear, the better it will treat you.

Pro riders with their experience are those experiencing less trouble on gear in general, as they know how to take care of it as it’s their working tools. So do learn from the way they store it and care of it.

Our masts are made in Italy with the highest production and material quality existing on the market.

This to assure less accidents on the water due to failures and to give the best performance. Most of our pro-riders and test team have not broken a mast. Remember. If a mast does not break the first few times on the water, the mast is not having any type of failure. If it happens later than 3-5 times on the water it could be from external reasons, so again, refer to FAQ to learn how to treat your mast properly. We do not give warranty on the top of the mast as this can be only broken from accident totally outside the normal usage. In case this would happen, do contact us and we see how we can help. If a mast stays a bit bent, it’s a characteristic of the Ferrule+ system that allows this part to bend to allow a natural bending of the mast curve. This results to have a faster reflex, a natural curve to for higher performance.
