Vincent Langer: 3 great events
While part of the Black Team was busy at the Defi wind last week and at the PWA in Costa Brava, Vincent Langer GER1 took part at 2 important events.
Andrea Cucchi wins the DefiWind ’14
4 days of Tramontana made it possible to carry out the 14th edition of the Defi wind. 1000 windsurfers took part at this edition. The biggest Defi ever. The wind blowing never less than 25knots, with gusts up to 45 knots. A show to be seen, an event to take part once in a lifetime.
World Championships IFCA
2 of our Black team riders have entered the top 5 ranking at the IFCA SLALOM WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP in the Azores.

It has been a while that I have been windsurfing, but the last 2 days were a good start.
Dirk Doppenberg joins Point-7
After multiple experiences in the windsurfing business, Dirk Doppenberg will not only be present at windsurfing events as a rider, or speed sailing around the great flat water home spots in the Netherlands, but will be the new sales manager for Point-7.
Flat Water Development
Some of the slalom Black Team is now in the Azores for the Ifca Slalom Worlds, some of its members are on Lake Garda getting development done on the flatwater sails.

AC-K 4G: development
These last 2 years there has been a massive attention on the AC-1. In 2013 the AC-1 was THE sail on everyone’s lips as Alberto Menegatti was fighting for first place in the PWA Slalom world tour. A surge of power that made more people than ever looking towards getting their hands on a professional slalom sail.

From May 29th to the 1st of June the biggest windsurfing event in the world will take place again: the Defi wind!
5 days with BLACK TEAMM
From the 15th to the 20th of February the Black Team will take free time in Tenerife for a special week of fun and hosting. Everyone is invited to come and join the fun in El Medano. The team will make themselves available to give advise and help everyone to improve their level of windsurfing. Doesn’t matter if you are a novice or expert, everyone are welcome!!
