Hiiumaa Surfclub and Point-7 distributor in Estonia HiiuSurfShop held the Point-7 Wave Estonian Championships 2014 in the spot named Ristna. There were 7 competitors from Estonia, 5 from Finland and 3 from Latvia. The competition was held during 25.-26.10.14 with Single and Double eliminations. The wind was 30-35 knots with SW swell up to 3m in nice Cross-off and cross-shore conditions. Our Point-7 Sado rider Martin Berkmann finished 7-8th overall, but 3rd in Estonian Championship overall. Actually the wind stayed for 3 more days after the comp and the swell grew to 4-5m with Logo-high waves to provide awesome conditions. You wouldn’t believe there is a spot like this in Northern Europe with down the line conditions!
