Each year on the 31st of October PWA requests brands to register sail models and sizes for racing their Slalom World Tour. With foiling it is now allowed to use 4 boards and 7 sails.

To foil slalom or to fin slalom the sails necessities are very different, therefore we have created 2 distinctive lines. The AC-1 for fin slalom, and the F1 SL for foil slalom.

The range for the F1 goes from 4.9 to 10.0 and this will be available from February 2022, while the AC-1 range goes from 4.7 to 9.2 and will be available from end of November. This will allow each rider to select the sail size they might need according to their skills of foiling and slalom. Most riders will probably choose the AC-1 8.6, 7.8, 7.1, 6.2 and 5.6, plus the F1 9.0 and 7.7 or 6.7.

For 2022 we have also registered other 2 sail lines. The AC-Kpro and the AC-1 Speed.

The AC-Kpro is the exact same sail as the AC-1, with the difference of the width of the sleeve being 20% narrower. This reduction of the sleeve brings the sail to have little less power and will grant a light and easier feeling for lighter weight or younger sailors. The power of the sail will be more proportional and fitting to their weight. The sizes go from 5.5 to 9.1.
