Direct orders with Point-7 are available on our online store. Credit card payments or Paypal are the possible payment methods for online purchases.

Shipping/Delivery

Goods are shipped using DHL to international customers. Shipping can take 1-2 days in Italy,  2-4  in Europe,  7 -10 out of Europe, according to our statistics and counting only working days.

Fashion, Rig Components and  Extension over 90euros purchase per category,  you will have free shipment if you are in  Zone 1 to Zone 5.

In case of bigger orders, the system might ask to contact us directly to have shipment calculated manually. Send us a mail at [email protected] and we will take care of your need directly.

Efficient Packaging

All our products are carefully packed for riding the world travels to your doormat. Masts are packed in rigid cases, sails in single boxes, and practical smart packaging for other products. Unpack it as you receive them and go riding. We ship to your holiday destinations as well!

Damaged products

If you receive a product in a damaged state, please get in touch with us at [email protected] and we will get back to you. Make sure that your sign the courier document with ‘RESERVE’ in case you see that the package has been damaged. This will help getting insurance on the product and shipment.

Returns/Changes

If you would like to change or return any goods, you can do this within 7 days of receipt of your purchased item. The item should have not been not used nor rigged. All goods are returned to our central Italian warehouse at the following address with the original packaging. Once the product has been inspected, it will be reimbursed:
